We can design and print file reference tab inserts, either from your own database or, if you don’t have one, we can capture the data found on the files and make up a new database for you. We will then adhere the printed insert or tab onto the relevant files. This will make file retrieval quick and easy.

If your old file types are not working for you we can provide various bespoke samples. Once you have decided on the new file type we can convert your old files to new ones. We take the documents from the old files and insert them in exactly the same sequence into the new files. The files will then be returned back to the filing system in the same order as they were found.
