Filesmart have over 20 years experience of the storage and filing industry. We offer a wide range of independent specialist physical file or archive transfer, culling, relocation, scanning, destruction and storage surveys services.

We provide independent advice and solutions to companies and organisations who are experiencing storage space and filing problems. This covers, not just office filing, but the wide spectrum of associated areas such as hospital records, library and archive material, university and educational material. In fact, any item that is stored, takes-up space, is subjected to continuous use or may need to be scanned or moved or securely destroyed.

The Filesmart team are specifically trained to survey and report on clients' storage and filing problems giving advice on move management and physical transfer of all types of media, files, books, archive material and manuscripts. Our team has established a policy of independent advice that ensures customers receive a project plan that is fit for purpose, cost effective and deliverable within an agreed timeframe.

Our project management and estimating team oversee the smooth day to day running of each individual project. Our teams make a point of personally visiting and estimating each project and discuss the brief in detail with the client to ensure that all jobs are clearly understood. This ensures that all projects are completed on time, on budget and follow Filesmart`s full risk assessment and health and safety checks.
